This Council Business Centre is located within the new Yeerongpilly Transport Oriented Development on a public plaza opposite Fairfield Station and will have retail and commercial frontages on three sides. The main entrance to the building faces the public plaza and the new pedestrian flyover and centred between both road frontages to allow maximum pedestrian connectivity.
