The building comprises a ground floor retail showroom and two elevated floors of commercial office space (designed to be sublet).

Commercial floors have been fitted out with public spaces (reception, meeting, and board rooms) overlooking the landscaped courtyard of the Emporium development. Administration areas have been divided between the departments.

The stepping building wall provides oblique views up and down Ann Street, and the curved floor plate generates a series of angled walls, which break an otherwise rigid, monolithic, and vertical pattern.
